I love travel, long haul, short haul, road trips, staycations, all of them. Life’s too short to be sedentary and the big outdoors is where I’m happiest, so when I’ve got my normal vanilla hat on you’ll find me outdoors, walking, hiking, hanging out with friends down the pub or around a dinner table. Sometimes in the garage tinkering on one of my cars or carrying out some sort of DIY.

In the evenings when the sun is out I’m usually on my boat, cruising along the Thames drinking a glass of something cold. I own and manage my own business so I find down time (and the solitude of the river) to be very valuable indeed.
